Welcome to Guised. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Guised is a leather brand offering handcrafted leather goods. All products are made with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders, sales, and interactions with our website and products.
2. Product Information
- All products from Guised are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As each item is made by hand, small imperfections or variations in stitching, color, and texture are natural and part of the unique character of each piece. These slight variations are not considered defects but rather an inherent part of the artisanal process.
- While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, the actual colors, appearance, and sizes of the products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our goods.
3. Order & Payment
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these T&C.
- All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include [insert payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.].
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to process orders within 7 days of receiving payment.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and size of the order.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen:
- EU: Estimated delivery time is 12–18 days.
- America: Estimated delivery time is 8–18 days.
- Guised is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs.
- Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the product has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Guised is no longer responsible for the delivery or condition of the product. Any issues with shipping, such as delays, lost, or damaged goods, should be addressed directly with the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you and help resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Guised does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect or damaged. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at atelierguise@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
- Shipping costs for incorrect product returns or exchanges will be covered by Guised.
6. Crafting Damages & Repairs
- Guised stands by the quality of our craftsmanship. If within 6 months of purchase, you notice issues such as loose threads, damaged edges, or dye imperfections that are a result of our crafting, we will gladly repair it at no additional cost.
- However, we are unable to repair significant damage that has been caused by the customer’s own actions, whether accidental or intentional. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from improper care, misuse, or external factors not related to our craftsmanship.
- If you experience any issues within the 6-month period, please contact us at atelierguise@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage, and we will guide you through the repair process.
7. Custom Orders
- Custom orders are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- Once the crafting process for a custom order has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. This is due to the bespoke nature of the product and the materials already allocated for your order.
- Lead times for custom orders may vary, and you will be informed of the estimated completion time before we begin.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including logos, designs, product images, and text, is the property of Guised and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the website without our permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Guised is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services, except where required by law.
- We make no warranties or representations regarding the functionality of the website or the accuracy of product information.
