Production
Every Clot Satchel is handcrafted individually in our atelier in Singapore.
Two full sheets of lambskin form the body, with raw hide edges left intentionally exposed. The wrapping strap is patchworked from scrap remnants of the same hides, keeping waste close to zero.
Due to the nature of the leather, no two bags will ever be the same.

The Clot Satchel is designed to shift between an oversized satchel and a compressed form. Its vertical wrap system alters the silhouette under tension—when tightened, the bag collapses into a dense, croissant-like mass.
Emphasis on exposed raw hide edges runs throughout the construction, celebrating the material’s honesty and the hand that shaped it.

Material notes
Blood-dyed lambskin showcases natural creases, grain variation, and organic irregularities.
The horse culatta strap develops character and patina over time. Each piece is unique due to natural hide variation and hand construction.

- Air-dry naturally in a well-ventilated area if exposed to humidity.
- Keep away from direct heat or prolonged sunlight.
- Condition lightly with neutral leather balm when needed.
- Store in a dry environment when not in use.
